I've been walking 4 miles in just under an hour everyday for awhile now. I like to do it, and am considering getting up at 6am to walk while at WDW.
Is that crazy? Does anyone else keep up with their exercise programs while there? I just wonder if it'll be too much with all the walking in the parks (which to me is not the same as "power" walking) in the heat of the summer.
I just wonder if my body is going to go into withdrawal if I don't keep up with it. Not to mention all the eating while there on the free dining. I should keep up with it just to fend off weight gain.
