I just got my one month clippie for exercise (the only part of my program that I am sticking with lately) and I noticed that instead of weeks now we are going by months. My question is this (don't laugh) but for 5 weeks can I take a one month clippie plus a one week clippie or do I have to wait for a whole other month to grab the two month clippie? It sounds a little selfish, but I want all the push and incentive I can get to keep going and for some reason these clippie changes help to keep me going.

If you've worked for it...............you have it, whatever keeps us going eh;)

Ooh...hark at me, anyone would think I was in charge around here

Hark at me, that is too cute! I remember when we were kids and my Nana was living in Massachusetts she'd say things like "Hark at Carlton" if one of my cousins was being loud or something. Thanks for the memory! ;)

Debbi, I think if it doesn't break the clipart/signature guidelines then you should go for it with the exercise clippies! You have worked hard at working out, and any motivation you can get it worth it!!!! GO FOR IT!!! :) (if it's w/in the guidelines, don't want you to get in trouble for too many things in your signature!) ;)

I agree -- if it doesn't break your clippie regulations, go ahead and use multiple ones :)

Hey - what's the exercise clippie program?

I've been exercising for 10 days in a row - sounds like I should grab a clippie, huh? Where should I go to get one? Thanks!

Fairly easy. :) You just keep to *your* exercise program for the period, with at least exercising 3 times a week. More, better. :) You start with the 1 week clippie (dig around on the pages here to find my "how's this for an exercise clippie" post for the addresses) and work up from there. :) I just got my 1 month clippie. :)
