I wondered if anyone here has any personal experience of being healthier by exercising regularly. I walk every day for about 20 minutes. I try to walk as much as I can at work. But I'm always coming down with a cold or a stomach virus and I am prone to migraines. I work with a woman who powerwalks every day and never gets sick. Does anyone here have any experience with increasing their exercise regime and not getting sick as often? It sounds like one would lead to the other but I'd like to hear from people if it actually did work for you. Maybe some of us just are more prone to illness?
