30 minutes 2 mile WATP, it has 3 90 sec parts where you jog and today is the first time I did all 3 of them< GO ME:cheer2:
20 min Tank Top Arms from Exercisetv.com, I get it from on demand, its a GREAt workout!

today i went to spinning class then stayed for a stability ball/toning class.....
 
Today I dug out my Abs of Steel video that I bought in 1994! I have quite a few exercise videos and DVD's, but I like the ones by Tamilee Webb the best. The abs routine lasted only 10 minutes, so after that I did the arms routine from her I Want That Body DVD - which I love. I'm hoping that doing something every day, even if for only 10 minutes, will get me back in the habit of regular exercise. I want to lose the 25 pounds that I found after I lost it the first time 4 years ago! :)
