Today I dug out my Abs of Steel video that I bought in 1994! I have quite a few exercise videos and DVD's, but I like the ones by Tamilee Webb the best. The abs routine lasted only 10 minutes, so after that I did the arms routine from her I Want That Body DVD - which I love. I'm hoping that doing something every day, even if for only 10 minutes, will get me back in the habit of regular exercise. I want to lose the 25 pounds that I found after I lost it the first time 4 years ago!
