tonight i'm going to participate in a team challenge at the Y, i'm on a biggest loser team there. i'm in an obstacle course of some kind (lunges, dips, crunches, etc) and in the meanwhile between 4 of us we have to have somoene pedaling on our designated spinning cycle for the 90 mins duration, so i hope to get enough in to qualify as my workout tonight!!
