Got given this free with Kuoni on a trip to Mexico flying with Britannia last year.
It is standard lounge type set up i.e drinks, peanuts, newspapers etc - they call you when the flight is ready to board.
Not sure if it is worth it or not really, it is quieter and more comfortable than the departures lounge obviously but I am not convinced it was worth paying for (however £16 is cheaper than the usual £25 which seems to be the going rate for a lounge).
