Excursions with no car seat for 3 year old

I don’t remember. I just know we could easily walk there from the ship. But it’s probably gone from the hurricanes.

It was destroyed. It was right on the other side of the shopping area at the port.

Might have been Key West. We walked to one there and in a trip where we went on a Disney cruise and Disney World the thing she remembers is seeing the butterflies.

It wasn’t, but we are actually headed to Key West in a couple of weeks and this is on my list do to with DS. A colleague recommended it as a good age appropriate key west activity.

We went to Megan's Bay.
Just had our little one (very tiny 3 year old) sandwiched between us on the bench seat.
It was one of those trucks with benches put in, no seatbelts for anyone.

Ideal?

Certainly not. And I am pretty neurotic about carseats in general. My guy is now a 6 year old in a full carseat. And he won't upgrade to a booster until he physically outgrows his 5 point harness.

Sometimes you put caution to the wind for an amazing experience.

I agree. I know she would likely be fine. I just know my personality and that I wouldn't be fine. I'd rather find something not involving a vehicle. My almost six year old is also still in five point harness.

We go to the beach a lot at home. I know it's totally different there though. I think we are going to do a boat to St. John's then check out the national park.
