Excursions for 3 year old in Cozumel

We are going on our first Disney Cruise. We are going on the Wonder in Feb. We have a 3 year old and I am just wondering what if any excursions we can go on with a 3 year old. We will be visiting Cozumel and the Grand Cayman Islands.
