Excursion question for Tortola and St Thomas

This will be our 4th Disney cruise and it will be our first time visiting Tortola and second at St Thomas. Does anyone have any great recommendations for excursions for either port of call(Disney or Non Disney).
Thanks to this group's recommendation, years ago on our Disney Cruise we booked a non Disney excursion for St.Maarten with Soualiga Destinations/Captain Bob Cass. It ended up being the highlight of our vacation.

We stayed on St Maarten for a week with friends and spent a half day with Soualiga Destinations. We all had the best time!

We stopped at Tortola for the first time on an NCL cruise this past May. It was a short port day, so we decided it made sense to book an excursion through the cruise line. We went with the Rebel Yell boat tour to White Bay on Jost van Dyke. The beach and water were gorgeous, and we jumped on the opportunity to try the famous Painkilllers from the Soggy Dollar bar. we had a blast and would book that excursion again in a heartbeat.

We’ve visited St. Thomas at least five times on cruises and have taken two land vacations there. Honestly, after all this time, my favorite thing to do is still shop in Charlotte Amalie and spend some time at Magens Bay. That can be done easily on your own. That said, we did two different tours during our land trips and enjoyed both:

*We originally booked a boat/snorkeling tour but it was windy and a little rough, so we ended up doing the Jeep Tour + Sea Turtles tour and had a blast. Our guide, Webb, was fantastic!

We did the Fantasy in September and on Tortola did a snorkel trip with Aristocat due to recommendations here and elsewhere. Was a GREAT trip even with some inclement weather. Friendly, capable crew and not crowded. Dock is easy walk from ship pier.
