Excursion Booking and Check In Questions

My excursion/experience booking day is approaching in a week. The booking opens up at 12:01AM Eastern or a different time?

Also, check in when I do upload photos of everything? Is that a different time? What if our passports have not yet arrived?

Yes, if you are paid in full, you should be able to book activities and excursions starting at 12:01 am Eastern time.

If your passports have not yet arrived by the time of your check-in (which is currently 30 days before sailing but may move earlier when/if cancellation policies change back to earlier) and you are US citizens sailing on a cruise to and from the same US port, then you can indicate that you are using birth certificates rather than passports, and update later.
