Excited? That's An Understatement! A March 2025 PTR

I 100% recommend the MK Fireworks dessert party if you can swing the cost. The desserts are fine (frankly, I think they used to be better), but the designated spot for fireworks is worth it. We did the pre-party which was the right choice with young kids. We checked in for the dessert party, ate our desserts, and were brought over to the garden viewing area about 30 minutes before the fireworks started. We hung back when everyone else rushed forward and smushed together. Our view was the same but likely better as we were basically by ourselves.

With all the castle projections I'd do either the pre- or post-party so you get the garden viewing. The view from Tomorrowland Terrace is fine (if sideways) for the fireworks but not great for the many castle projections.

Big changes! We've changed both our dates and our resort.

New Dates: Feb 1-7, 2025
Resort: Beach Club

I know we won't have Stormalong Bay, and that's a bummer...and the switch is a long story! But overall, I'm excited with the change. I'm VERY EXCITED about almost certainly being there for Festival of the Arts, and hey! I am going to Disney a month earlier than planned!!!

I had been worried about our plans because our daughter decided to sign up for the basketball team at school, but after speaking with the coach (this morning!) he assured me it was fine.

So yay!!!

Ok Y'all, I guess I can just officially close this PTR . Without going into the logistics, things were just NOT going to work out for this trip.

Instead, we've booked a Disney Cruise . Jan 29-Feb 2, 2025, and we are over the moon excited!

I keep trying to figure out where to fit in some WDW time, but so far no luck. I am *hoping* I might sneak in some time in Oct Nov, or Dec, but we'll see.
