Excited, arriving 9-9-15 How is weather and Crowd level?

I know it will be hot and humid, but was curious to anyone that is already there, or those in the know how it really is shaping up for the crowds, and the rain. We are there from Wednesday Sept 9 thru Tuesday Sept 15. This trip is just an adult trip, we are in our early 50's and I have visited numerous times previously, but due to schedules have always gone in early June. We are looking so forward to an adult only trip, and will be celebrating my birthday while we are there. Any special things I should be aware when it truly is my birthday?


I'm doing the happy dance as I do laundry and begin my packing!!
