Exchanging tickets?

We have 5 day hoppers for our trip but I have an extra 3 day ticket. Can I trade it in toward the value of 3 one day tickets?

No...you can upgrade but not downgrade.

Ya, even if the price is the same, it's considered a downgrade. I tried that, too. It's a no-go!

Last I heard, as long as the ticket had an original cash value (i.e. it wasn't a comp/free ticket) and was unused, it should retain that value even after the expiration date. So you could it toward a new ticket and pay the difference in price. I would call/email Guest Services just to be sure on this.
