Exchanging DVC PAP at IG questions

We are checking into BWV tomorrow but aren't planning on going to the parks. Since we have pretty early ADRs at Askerkus (sp?), I wanted to walk over to IG guest services and exchange our PAP certificates in the night before so we don't have to take any extra time in the AM. Do I need to have the whole family with me or can I just bring my DH's ID ( my kids are under 13)?

If I remember correctly DH needs to be there but I'm hoping not....I may need the alone time by then LOL

As a side, is the only place to exchange the photopass+ certificate in the front of Epcot? Can I show them at the Princess breakfast that I have the certificate and get the photo package? (If its not included in the price of breakfast, I forget! Having brain fog...it's been a long time doing princesses! Taking our young nieces for their first trip ). We were allowed to do this at DL last summer at Goofy's dinner.

I have found that guest services seems to really want the people there when they issue the PAP. As for the photo pass, I think that it would be best to pick it up beforehand. During our trip last December we went to the character buffet at the Grand Floridian and tried to use our certificate to for the photos. One of the cast members ran over to photo both and got the photo pass plus card for us. I think they have to scan it. I am pretty sure you can go to any photopass both to exchange the certificate so it should not have to be done at the front of the park.

To purchase any AP (or activate a voucher or exchange certificate or will-call reservation) every person 18 or older must present a photo ID. We enter name, date of birth, address and telephone number for all levels of AP. And for DVC you must also present the membership card.

I believe there is a place at Beach Club where you can get the Photo Pass Plus. Maybe the gift shop?

There's a PhotoPass desk at the BC lobby, but it closes up shop by 5 p.m. each day.
