Exchanging Disney Park Merchandise

Hi all,

I bought a t-shirt from the Seas with Nemo and Friends pavilion when I was at Epcot. It's a female-cut tee with the seagulls on it going "Mine Mine Mine!" with rhinestones and stuff. Very cute.

But to my sorrow, when I wore it the first time, there was a hole in the armpit! Not on the seam or anywhere where I could just stitch it back up, but an actual hole in the fabric itself. I didn't notice it when I purchased it I guess because I was trying different sizes against me and the males (everyone else in the group but me) were looking impatient so I hurried it along.

It kinda sucks I paid so much for a T-shirt from the parks and it has a hole. I'd like to see if there is any way I can get it exchanged, but I have no idea where to look/call. I have a toll-free number for the Disney Store, but I wasn't sure if there is some better number I should try calling, like some Disney Park supplier or something?

If you still have the receipt, there is a phone number on the top of it. If you call, they will probably ask you to fax them a copy of the receipt and they will send you a replacement shirt. If you don't have the receipt, you may be out of luck...

They just replaced my Mickey salt & pepper grinder set that was cracking. I had to fax the receipt and they sent a free replacement.
