Exchanges--Do they really happen?

Has anyone ever been able to exchange into the Marriott Custom House in Boston? How was it?

Do I have a prayer of getting the week beginning with Columbus Day this year?
Never tried this before and afraid to get my hopes up until I can talk to MS.
Hope to do this for my DS's honeymoon. Pixie Dust , please!

They do happen. DVC members have exchanged into there. But that is about the highest demand time so don't hold your breath. You best bet would be to trade with an owner there. All the units are 1 BR I believe.
