Hmmmm... Waffle Fries with Cheese, Jalapenos, Ranch and bacon bits... I like the healthy food :)

Hey guys, just a quick side note. If anyone has some extra pixie dust out there, I would love some of it. My brother and I auditioned for the Amazing Race a couple of weeks ago and should here from them in the next week or two. I know it's a long shot, but we not only were interviewed twice by the producers before the audition, but we were the only ones they had a camera crew waiting for afterwords.

Anyway, I just thought I would throw that out there :)

Thanks
How exciting! I love AR! pixiedust:pixiedust:

What is your favorite potato dish?
I love potatos just like I love rice. So just about any dish is my favorite.

If the word potato is in the dish it's pretty much assured I'll like it!!!:lmao:
I grew up with my born in Ireland Grandma and my Mom doing all the cooking!!! We had potatoes with a side of potatoes!!:rotfl: But If I had to choose I guess it would be baked with butter.:thumbsup2

Potatoes are a big favorite at my house--that's something Dad & I agree with. I love them baked with butter, baked with sour cream, mashed, fried, you name it I love it.

Rice dishes? I love all sorts of rice dishes. I recently made a nice quorn (yup the mould again, lol!) risotto which was ace.

Potatoes not so much in our house although we do like hash browns, potato croquettes and stovies. Man, I could go for some stovies right now *drool* :rotfl:

What are Stovies?

Stovies is traditionally a left over dish from the Sunday roast, using the tatties, meat and dripping leftovers all thrown into one pot. There are however many variations thoughout the country and even within families. It is usually made with potatoes, meat, onions and fat or dripping. There are lots of recipes that can be found on the interent. Best served with oatcakes and HP sauce or beetroot. Yummy!!

What is your most favorite thing to do on Easter day?

I used to like to watch the boys finding their baskets and candy. Hmm...even tho they're older, I think I'll hide them this year again! But, yeah, the chocolate ranks up there!

Eat! :lmao: It's sort of like Thanksgiving except in the spring and we have ham and potato salad instead of turkey and dressing.

Gorge on chocolate!!:rotfl2: Not that I need Easter as an excuse but in my mind the end justifies the means! ;) However there is no justifying:confused3 what happens to MY end.........:lmao:

Eat Easter eggs and decorate boiled eggs, we usually draw on faces of each other, lol! Then roll them to break them either down the stairs or along the floor.

OT - I am bushed! Our new Costco opened up today and I spent two hours just looking everything over.

LOVE Costco !!! It is the most fascinating place to shop. I shop there every other week and they always have new and interesting things for sale. The taste testing is the best!! We have bought some really delicious and different food items there. We just had dinner guests and we served rib eye steaks and h'or dourves we bought there. They got rave reviews!! :thumbsup2The only problem I can see shopping there is it becomes addicting!!! :lmao:(and maybe you buy a little more than you will ever use!!!!:confused3)

What is your most, and least favorite exercise? Ex. Running, going on the treadmill, weight lifting.....?
