The last thing that I purchased was dinner last night at Dairy Queen. But I just gave some money to my son to go buy some donuts for breakfast. We are in Lubbock visiting him for the weekend. We are staying in his bachelor pad. It's pretty clean for two boys (or rather young men) to be living in.

Just spend the evening with friends and purchased dinner, I had stuffed shrimp and my DH had chicken with crab meat.

Yes, I can't wait to start decorating. I've also told family that I'd love to have an old fashioned Christmas party at our house the second wknd in Dec. Hoping that will happen.

As ready as I will be. Getting the family to get me some ideas for presents.
No decorating. We will be in AZ and arrive the 18th of Dec. So we won't have many decorations up. A tree and stockings will be about it.
Can't wait to move and get all my things out again!
It will just be 3 of us this year. DS and DDIL's year to go to her family's.

Thinking about gifts and what to purchase is foremost on my mind right now. As far as decorating, if I could get away with not putting up a tree, I wouldn't.

Yes, goning to get out the Christmas music this week. Also doing the shopping at Disney once we get there, and the tree is put up Thanksgiving day.

I can't wait for Christmas! I found a website that plays free holiday music 24 hours a day. It has everything from the classics to country to pop holiday music. I've been listening to it for over a week now. I think my DH is going to go crazy. As for decorations, this year will be different since DS is fully mobile and into everything. I think we'll get a smaller tree and put it up on our window seat so he can't reach it. I can't wait for him to see it all lit up.

I do not do much decorating around the house since it is just DH and I. Plus I can go to WDW and see all the holiday decor I could possibly care about.
I decorate the wreathes for our community entrances. Yesterday we were at Sam's and they have a container of 100 plastic (and GREAT looking) ornaments for $36. Figured I cannot do much better than that. Spruce up the wreathes with some nice bows and ornaments and hang. And I am getting the sprucing up taken care of in the near future.

Will be decorating early this year so it will be done before we go to Disney!

I finished my Christmas shopping for the kids yesterday, and am starting to work on DH, but he's hard to buy for, so will have to keep hunting for some little things for him. I love Christmas, and have almost finished buying the gifts for our friends. Am looking forward for Holloween to be over so that I can start planning our Open house on Nov 15, and gear up towards Christmas. It's my fav time of year, and can't wait for December to arrive. My family just draw names a couple of weeks ago, so I've been thinking of what the right gift will be for the ones we draw. Been after my boys to start giving me ideas, when they were young I use to shop for them all year, but now I don't shop to early since they seem to change their minds once we hit December. My DH and I do our annual shopping trip first weekend of December.

We start decorating the house over Thanksgiving weekend.
