I like September. It is warm in the beginning and begins to cool off towards the end, but there is still plenty of daylight to enjoy the daytime. Mums are in bloom and trees start to turn colors. Yup, September.

May and spring are my favorite times of the year!

PS. I'm glad things have calmed down a bit for pennst8er!

What is your most favorite type of seafood?

If you are allergic to seafood or dislike it, what is your most favorite dessert?

Lobster Tail

Favorite dessert, plain vanilla ice cream.

Shrimp & crab legs are tied for my favorite.
I do not usually do dessert but if it is The Melting Pot then I love the white chocolate amaretto! :woohoo:

I like seafood...just not fish! :rotfl2:
I don't like finding bones in my food. Again, the Eeyore cloud follows me, and I will get the piece of fish with a bone still in it. Even at Long John Silver's!

But, scallops, lobster, crab, oysters, etc....LOVE them.

Since my daughter and I just made lemon muffins, and I now have strawberry muffins in the oven, the QOTD will be a breakfast related question.

What do you like to eat for breakfast on a regular work day, and also on a special family weekend like day where you have the time to cook a bigger breakfast?

I am a cereal junkie. Cold cereal though, I do not like cream of wheat or oatmeal. For a special family breakfast, pancakes or waffles.

I get to have the go-tarts, the boys eat egg sandwhiches or granola/breakfast bars most days. More time will give us corned beef hash, eggs, on bread with cheese.

For me, cereal or pop tarts. The kids eat the same except my DS loves grits! He makes his own in the microwave.

For big breakfasts, Eggs or pancakes, hash browns, sausage or bacon.

For me the best breakfast is the one someone else cooks!! Especially bacon, I hate cleaning up bacon mess!!

They are all pretty much around here, just not close by.

Most of them are within a 45 minute drive. I can't think of one we don't have that I would want. Except maybe Jack-in-the-Box.

Can I have a Target, instead? :goodvibes

We don't have anything right here, except a really good diner. But maybe it's a good thing Mc D's is 15 min away and so, not an easy dinner? :rotfl:
