Yes for groceries, but not really for restaurants, unless they are fast food offers.

All the time for groceries. I'm not one of those couponing moms but I do cut them out of the inserts in the Sunday paper and sign up for e-coupons on Kroger's website.

We also use coupons when we eat out, usually at Denny's or IHOP.

mmbl an exchanger is a group of people who get together and exchange items with each other.

Take the cookbook exchange, if you would want to join you would read the first post and follow the directions posted there. (send the host your name and address and when sign-ups closed you would get the name and address of another person that you would purchase a cookbook and mail to them.)
