With having my son's clubs pie sales these past two days, I am sort of ready to ready. I just finished making the corn bread, we have two pies-one that I bought, and the other that I made, and other things ready for tomorrow. I guess I am ready

My favorite leftovers are the turkey and dressing with a little cranberry sauce.

As an American living in Canada I'm doing my very own Thanksgiving tonight. I'm looking forward to the ham leftovers for great sandwiches. (I'm doing a scaled down version of dinner!).
This weekend a good friend is having turkey etc. for me in honor of Thanksgiving since I can't go home. Then I'll enjoy the turkey sandwiches with lots of stuffing on the side!

If you have Thanksgiving, and Fall decorations up, when will you take it down to put up your winter/Christmas decorations?

We had a few Thanksgiving/fall decorations up, and after our dinner last night, out came the Christmas stuff! We're planning on getting a tree today.

My only nod to Thanksgiving/Fall is a table runner which I'll change out for Christmas this weekend. I plan to put up my little tree also plus a few odds and ends.

Ours are pretty much gone already. All we have left is half a pumpkin pie and a few slices of ham. The turkey was devoured, as were the sides. I'm so sad. I was looking forward to leftovers!

I had no leftovers either. The turkey I bought was the perfect size for our group but I wish now that I had purchased a larger one just for the leftovers. Then Joe came home from the deer lease Friday morning and had a big sack of leftovers from the family there that he had dinner with. Whoo hoo!

We do not have that much leftover...but maybe for another day or two.
