DH is getting a homemade card from the kids along with a couple of coin sets that I was able to get cheap at a garage sale a couple of weeks ago (the largest one in Richmond). I was also able to get a 1930's china cabinet cheap that's in great shape and love it. Can't wait to find things to fill it when I head down to the mouse in Oct. Have a great day everyone!

We're not near any of the grandfathers. I sent my dad and father-in-law gifts. And last month when the Pgh Pens were in the playoffs, I got DH and DS10 tickets and said it was his Father's Day and Jake's bday gift. As for the day, DH will be out of town at the US Open. THey take customers each year.

What is your most, and least favorite department store?

My fav is Zellers and my least fav is The Hudson's Bay Co. I know that they are owned by the same co, but IMHO the Bay is severelly overpriced for what you get and rarely shop there.

My least favorite store is one that does not have much of a selection of casual clothing. My favorite is one that has a good selection of plus size.

I purchased a bread machine, and I can't wait to try it out. What are your favorite bread flavors/combinations? Do you have any bread recipes that you could share?

I have a bread machine. Joe gave it to me one Christmas because he thought I might like to make bread. I had never expressed an interest to do so. I think it was a hint.

Anyway, I made bread a couple of times but it never turned out like I wanted it too so it just sits taking up space in my cabinet.
