This afternoon is going to be busy since I need to pick up my daughter from a friends house. She attended a sleepover birthday party. And we are volunteering at the soccer game again. So, I am posting tomorrows QOTD early.

Spring/Summer - Ice Cream, but besides the novelty type i would have vanilla, chocolate and swirled soft serve. Also milkshakes.

Fall/Winter - Few different soups, Chili, Hot Dogs, Chips, Drinks.

Are you asking about the Texas flag trivia? It was part of the deal when we became a state. Our capital is also the only one that is taller than the one in DC too.

If your local park was to have a new mural put up there, what type of pictures would you like to see on it?

We only have one park that has something in it that you could paint a mural on. On the community building I wouldn't mind seeing a mural of children at play and on the restroom near the ball fields, children playing sports.

Well, apparently I was wrong on that count. I looked into it and it's an Urban Legend. Any flag may fly at the same height if they are on different poles. There's more flag flying rules but I won't get into them.

But I do have a true Texas trivia for you. Texas can divide into five states should it desire to do so.

I looked at Snopes for both facts, that's how I found out the flag trivia was wrong but the division trivia is correct.

Good question, even though i have lived in pa since i was 4, we never visited any landmarks.

When you say represents your area, do you mean the state or the area i live in now? If state then i would send them to Gettysburg, & Valley Forge (actually visited as an adult). If the area i live in now, then the town of Jim Thorpe.

No i don't know how to use one, as for a plan - just get out of the house (which is all one level) things can be replaced, people can't.
