Exchange suggestion

How about a food exchange? Has this been done already? (Probably)
I was asking on the UK board about different spreads (for scones, biscuits, crumpets, etc)
I thought it would be great to have an exchange to share different foods! I bet some here would love Chip N Dale pretzels or Mickey shortbread cookies in exchange for mailing me something from their area!

We have done things similar to it like the Locally Made Exchange where you can sent items from your area, jam/jelly exchanges, or candy exchanges.

If there is enough interest, I would consider hosting it.
