Exchange Disney Quest ticket for Water Parks?

We’re staying at the Hilton in DTD in July and I noticed that for $40 more, we can book a package that comes with a Disney Quest ticket for each guest. We’re not really interested in visiting Disney Quest, but we’d really like to visit a water park. Will Disney allow us to exchange this ticket? I know it’s a long shot, but thought I would at least ask.

No. Disney tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If you have Disney MYW park tickets you can add plus options which includes the water parks for about $6o.

Also, if you live in the area, water park annual passes are about $100. for a year.

If it is a separate DQ ticketand does not indicated "complimentary" it has a face value of $41 plus tax. If it is unused it can be processed at a water park ticket window to a water park ticket, which costs $4.28 more including tax.

If it is combined on a ticket with other admissions, it depends what would be shown in the ticketing computer.

Given that it will cost you $40 and would only be worth $41 in exchange for a water park ticket... if you can exchange it, I'd suggest you skip it and just use the money to buy a water park ticket

That would be true if there was only 1 person in the party, but in the OP, it says that "for $40 more, we can book a package that comes with a Disney Quest ticket for each guest." If there are 4 people in the room, that's a value of $164 for $40 -- definitely worth it!

OP, sounds like you need to know if the tickets are stamped "complimentary" or not. You might call the hotel directly and ask.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I did contact the hotel and the ticket is marked complimentary ... so sounds like I can't upgrade . I really appreciate the info though!
