*Exchange Counter for Sit-Down??? (Dining Plan)

It looks like we are getting to take advantage of the free dining!! I am so excited, I could bust! Being a teacher, and usually traveling when everyone else in the world travels, I NEVER thought I would be at the parks during one of their "slow period promotions". By luck, we are taking my 80 year-old in-laws for their first-ever trip to Disney World during the "right" time!

So, I am busy planning our meals. I am wondering if there is any way to exchange a counter credit for a sit-down credit (like two counters = one sit-down OR pay the difference)?

I truly am not being greedy - we simply don't eat at counter places very often. We almost always eat at sit-down places... I don't know how I can possible use all our counter credits.

By the way, is a counter credit good for breakfast? If so, can a muffin or somthing count as the dessert?

Yes, breakfast at a counter service is included.
That's what we plan on doing. Using the counter for breakfast, then either a late lunch or a late dinner for the sit down.

No you can't use your counter in place of your table service
