exchange certificate?

Hi,

I have an exchange certificate and I cannot figure out how to enter the numbers into the Disney site to get access I have the last option Exchange Certificate type 2. The last part is what is tripping me up. Any help will be greatly appriciated.

I had the same exact problem (well actually I still do). I called disney and she said the put the information in the first option. I think it was the one for the actual pass, it worked once but I can't get it to work again.

I had the same problem but I was able to figure out. On the text box enter your first and last name. Then look at your certificate and determine which type you have, either 1 or 2.

If you have type 1, this is how you enter the numbers:

WMK 010 06 17 05 94 (this is an example) and then hit submit

If you have type 2, this is how you do it:

06 17 05 WMK 010 94

I had a problem too. And I have type 2. The last box needs the last 4 digits.

It took a couple of times. Finally got it to work. The info is in really tiny type on the top of the back of your card.
