I called the Universal Passholder line yesterday to book our tickets for Blue Man Group in August. Unfortunately, the first time, the guy who was trying to help me discovered he couldn't process the tickets to a UK address so asked me to call back when the actual box office was open so he could put me through to them. I called back a couple of hours later, spoke to a lady called Keisha who tried to put me through. Unfortunately, they were really busy and although she kept coming back on the line to tell me she was still trying, after 20 minutes on hold I hung up as I was concerned about the bill. I tried again a couple of hours later, spoke to the same guy I had spoken to first thing and he put me straight through and I got my tickets.
Imagine my surprise when we were sitting watching television an hour or so later and Keisha called back from Universal to make sure I'd got my tickets and to apologise for having kept me on hold for so long. She was really nice and said that she had someone from the box office holding just in case I still needed the tickets - excellent customer service, you'd never get that over here.
Big thumbs up for Universal
