Excellent child I.D. wristbands or bracelets

Sorry if this has been posted before, I am just excited to share. My sister found this website when looking for I.D. bracelets with hidden information for her young children when we go to Disney this summer. You can also store medical alert info on them as well, many other options as well.

We used one of those with DD2.5 when were were at WDW this last December and LOVED it! We told her it was a special Princess bracelet and she didn't want to take it off--even for bed!

I really liked that I can used different cards inside for different events--if she goes with the grandparents then their cell phones could be included, etc.--as opposed to the ones that are pre-printed and cannot be changed.

Also, the fact that it was waterproof was a plus. Maybe not on the last trip, but on our (**hopeful**) upcoming cruise this summer that will be very important!

I just ordered and received ours in the mail. I got the wrist bands for both DS6 and DS2. I also got the whose shoes ID for the 2YO incase he tries to take the wrist band off. The wrist bands will be prefect for the waterparks also. I will still be super careful, but the little guy tends to wander and I'll feel a little better knowing he has our number with him.

We opted for the sharene bracelets... (don't have the link right now) and instead of putting it on 2yo ds' wrist, I put it on his ankle. Worked out great!

Dd, 6.5yo, wore hers on her wrist, no problem.

DD wore hers on her ankle as well and it was perfect!

The velcro is pretty 'sticky' so not sure if the little ones would have much success getting it off unless they tried really hard...of course, my kid is not as 'extreme' as others, so I could be wrong!

DD 4 wore hers on our last trip to the world and she loved it. She'd put it on herself each morning. We also printed out our hotel info. /cell phone #s on address labels and attatched one to the inside hem of her shirt each morning. Never needed any of it, thank God.

We used these on our trip in 2006 and they were great. They were very hard to get off the kids and that was a big plus. And with the bright colors, they were very hard to misplace. With 4 kids, things can get a little disorganized, if you know what I mean.

That is neat. Thanks for the link. I plan to order some when it gets closer time. It is for peace of mind! I might get the medical one since my 7yo has asthma. I assume they are water proof for on the water rides?
