exact time for 7 month booking window - is it midnight?

I'm sorry if this has been asked or posted before, I don't seem able to find it. I am renting points from my friend in the UK and we are hoping to reserve as soon as possible, since looking for a fairly desirable room. Does anyone here know the exact time the 7 month booking window opens? Is it midnight EST, or sometime in the morning of that day? We are trying to coordinate our time zone differences (I'd stay up til midnight and they'd get up at 5am being in the UK, lol).

We are not in standard time right now. Currently in "Daylight Savings Time".

That is 8AM daylight time. don't forget we are 1 hour ahead now then drops back in the fall.
