Everything's so bare. *Sob*

Well it's all come down. The trees have been chopped and placed in the recycling bags and the decorations are back in the loft. The only reminder that the whole thing ever happened is the Christmas cake mince pies and chocolates (which we'll be eating until February, no doubt).

I'm wondering how long it'll be before someone spots something I've missed - I always do!

I've spent the morning cleaning (ughh) and, although I don't usually feel bah-humbuggish about the decorations, I must say I really like it when all the 'clutter' goes away!

I know how you feel Deb, ours came down this morning and everything looks really bare, I've also just noticed that I have left 2 decorations on stands on top of my unit, just as Ian has returned from the loft - oh happy day !

We've just finished taking ours down, it took almost all day I'm exhausted I think that we have way too many Christmas decs, but you can bet that I'll be getting some more this year!

I took our tree down on Tuesday ~ I got rid of all the decorations and gave the place a good clean. Personally I was pleased to get back to normal.

Our tree is still up. Not sure when it will go down. I'm hoping it might find its way to the box in the loft on it's own. I still have to finish our October trip report and what with Celebrity Big Brother and 24 starting soon no time to put the tree away
