I've read a bunch of mixed reviews on the food at Everything Pop and would love to hear more -- what meals are your faves? What should you avoid? Pictures are even better!!

Can't wait to see what you've got!

No photos, but I will tell you our favorites! For breakfast our overwhelming favorite is the breakfast pizza! Could eat it every morning! For lunch and dinner, our fave's were: shrimp lo mein, beef with broccoli, meatball sub, parmesan chicken w/pasta, and of course the tie dye cheesecake! Yum! :lovestruc

This was the bacon double cheeseburger. Other than the roll (which everyone has complained about) it was really good and hot when it was served. It was easily enough for us to feed 2 children on.

I also have pictures of breakfast Captain's platter, chocolate chip pancakes and omelets on my blog (link in my signature). Just click on restaurant reviews once you get to my blog and it should be near the top as we were just there in December.

We also liked the turkey dinner and chicken dinners. :)

We were at POP in June and Dec. In Dec our DS6 got really sick so we spent a LOT of time eating at Everything POP. Here are some of the things we ate:

We enjoyed everything we had for breakfast..POP Waffle, Chocolate Chip pancakes, breakfast platter, any of the pastries...all were very good. DH and I also liked the coffee. :duck:

For lunch and dinner:

Chicken Mediterranean Flatbread : This was one of our favorites. Both DH and I had this twice. We both LOVED this.
Turkey Ciabatta: I really enjoyed this. It was HUGE with yummy chips.
Asian Chicken Salad : DH had this and thought it was very good.
Cheesesteak Wrap : DH has this twice and it was really greasy and cold both times.
Chicken Caesar Salad : This was just ok for me...the chicken was processed and there was a ton of dressing on it. Didn't love it.
I had the kids cheeseburger meal and it was excellent.
Meatball Sub with Salad : Really icky. The texture of the meatballs was really...well.. gross.
Penne Pasta with Meatball : Kids had this a couple of times...once it was ice cold, the other time it was ok.
Beef and Broccoli : Dh had this and really liked it. Of course he would eat bad chinese out of a dirty sneaker and still like it so not sure how to rate it. ;)
Nachos Supreme : DH loved these (although they didn't love him later:rolleyes1)..he actually had these twice.
Any of the fresh fruit or veggies we had were great. It was freezing the week we were there and we all loved the hot chocolate in our refillable mugs. Our kids loved the Apples and Caramel for a snack option and our DD7 who is a 'fruit addict' loved all her choices..the melon, grapes, apples, bananas...they were all excellent.
We tried the tie dye cheesecake..DH loved it...I thought it was nasty.:confused3
Overall I would say we really enjoyed and appreciated the variety there.
:)

Being a captive audience we were grateful that the POP foodcourt had a lot of choices. Most were really good. The CM's there were very helpful.

Wow...when I put it all down I can't believe how many things we ate at the food court during our 1 week stay!

Our biggest problem (and it only happenned once) was the food not being hot b/c we ate at an "off" time. Other than that, everything was good - not knock-your-sox-off good, but good for food court food. I especially liked the Philly Cheesesteak wrap. DH took a bite of mine and got one our next mealtime there he liked it so much. Both times, hot and cheesy. Yum. One time we had lunch at 130 and the burgers we got were way overdone/overheated b/c they had been sitting under the heat lamp too long. The fries were cold too. Took them back up and they replaced them in a few minutes no problem. A hassle, but nothing totally undealable with, considering it is a food court and expectations are not super high.

I only had one bad meal at Pop. It was parmesan chicken with tomato sauce and pasta on the side.

Definitely get a meatball sub. That thing is the bomb!!! I have never tasted such good meatballs. Not a fan of them, but POP's is worth it.

I also had the chicken alfredo, that is good too. Oh and Tie Dye Cheesecake, you have to try that too.

Have fun, we love POP.

we're not adventurous eaters, but the chicken tenders, hamburger, pizza and pretty much anything on the breakfast menu are good :) i also like the red grapes they have over in the refrigerated section. already washed, plucked from the stem and ready to eat! it may not be gourmet, but for a food court, it's pretty good.

I had the chicken alfredo and thought it was very very good and very filling. DH had some kind of fish sandwich. He thought his was very good also. The best part was the sundaes for dessert. If you are paying out of pocket, that is one of the best deals on Disney property.

Everything was great (except the tye dye cheesecake which I had to try b/c of these boards and made my mouth turn green). This food court has so much more variety than the Poly's that we were very happy staying at POP. We are returning this fall and I highly recommend this food court to those that are staying there. Plus, the portions are huge! Loved running down there every morning with my refillable mug for coffee! Never had to wait on a long line and they are very good at accomodating those with food allergies. I think you will be pleasantly surprised as I was.

I loved the Pop waffle that I had for breakfast one morning--with strawberries and whipped cream. Yum! Wish I had some this morning. I also got some breadsticks for a snack and while they weren't the best I'd ever had they were pretty good. One night I had a dinner of salmon, green beans, rice, and corn bread. I was really impressed with that meal and thought it was a great use of a counter service credit. I was even able to get a cover and take it back to eat in my room.

We stayed at POP the last trip and I felt their food court was very good, lots of variety. I don't remember everything we had but I do remember their sundaes were very good and the "Mom's Night Out" Turkey dinner was good.

Does anyone know if they still have Twinkie Tiramisu?? I don't see it on the All Ears menu page but if they still have that, it is really good!:worship:

Definately wasn't there is Dec. :sad2:

great selection of food. Specialty salads are made to order as are all sandwiches. Stayed at all levels and this food court beats CBR hands down.

Only CSR and AKL can compete in our opinion. :thumbsup2
