Everything is gone on MDE website and App!!

Anyone else having troubles?

It is all gone! Everything!! All my ADR's, all my FP+, everything.

I am going to be sick!
 
Did you try logging out and logging back in?
 

Mine are also fine. I would try what others are suggesting... or, turn off your mobile device and start it up again.
 
Mine are still there, but you scared me, so I printed out hard copies of all of my stuff, which I should have done sooner!

I'm sure it's just a glitch!
 
Call Disney - it might be a glitch. I had the same thing happen to me and when I called they told me not to panic because they were "updating the system" (lol, love that generic term. It is akin to "punting" a legislative issue by calling for a study, but that is a whole other ball of wax ;) )and that mine would be restored within 24-48 hours. What do you know, everything did magically (and thankfully) reappear a day later.

It was a glitch. It decided I had two accounts under the same email. (I don't understand how that is.) So it was trying to merge them. IT was aware of the problem, said it was rare but it does happen and had me fixed in less than 5 minutes.

I thought I was going to be sick!
 
Mine come and go. One day it's there, the next day it's back and then 2 days later gone again.
That's why I printed everything.

I hate the website. I haven't even messed around with the app yet. Sounds like it'll be just as fun. NOT!
 
25 years ago I worked for a home health care agency that was in the process of putting their insurance billing on a computer......... To begin with another guy and I worked half days (he was partially retired and I had a little one in kindergarten) and it worked smoothly as silk. :-)
I was informed by the people who would be doing the computer end of the process that WE WILL SAVE SO MUCH PAPER by going to computer. Wrong. Really wrong.
After that point, they not only printed out the bills, but printed out long complicated "reports" and did away with the card file system we had where we WROTE longhand when payments were received. They ended up with twice or more the paper that we used.
To this day I don't trust computers and I feel 100% better having a hard copy, thank you very much. Too old to teach this dog too many new tricks. I print out what I get via e-mail just to be sure.

Called Disney today bc my Memory maker wasn't showing up on MDE. The tech went into my account and looked at it and said everything was fine. I went back into my account after I got off he phone and everything was gone. I checked a totally different email and found half of my ADRS and my room package. Very strange.

It happened to my account couple months ago. I could not log in at all to Castaway Club, and I called DCL IT to fix it. They said I had several accounts under my email (Club Penguin, Disney Movie Rewards, etc.) So they "fixed" it for me, and I could finally log in to CC account. But then I found out that once I logged in to MDE account, everything was gone. I called IT and they had to send an invite from my one account (under the same email) to the other account so I could at least see my reservations (although I could not manage them). IT said it was going to take them some time to merge both accounts. After that phone call I actually ended up going myself to the main disney.go website and I inactivated all accounts except one with exact spelling of my name as on my CC account, and I made sure my name was spelled te same on MDE account. That finally worked, and I could log in to the correct MDE account. I still have my name twice on MDE (as a main person with avatar, and "a friend" invited by IT without avatar from my other account). I am afraid to remove my duplicate name...

It sounds like that is what happened to me.
I fear logging into CC now!! I will just stay away from it until after this trip!
