Have you ever taken a vacation and not spent much time in the parks themselves? There are just so many other things to do and sometimes we just don't want to waste any time waiting in lines that we build most of our vacation around dining, riding the complimentary transportation, and visiting the resorts. It's a lot less stressful this way. Does anyone else prefer to do this?

Lots of resort only trips over the past 20 years.

DH and I have talked about taking a quick long weekend trip and doing just that! Nothing but hanging at the resorts, fantastic dinners, and some recreational stuff that we never seem to have time for when we are park hopping!
