Welcome to the second week in June! We’ve already got some great color changes to celebrate. PollyannaMom, sophy1996, and Twilight Sparkle have all hit the big Red milestone! ClappyClaps, ShannyMcB, and I are now all Orange!

All together the team has made it to RED ~ with 16%! (1296/8325)

Speaking of Red – June is the Strawberry Moon and the month when strawberries are in season for a lot of the US. While WDW celebrates strawberries earlier in the year, you can get The Liberty Tree Tavern’s famous strawberry salad dressing all year long. While there are a lot of dupes on the internet, years ago if you asked they would give you the recipe printed on “strawberry” colored paper. It’s become a family favorite for us!

(note: strawberry vinegar is hard to find around here so I make this with balsamic or white vinegar. it tastes just as good!)

Quite a busy week here! I had two days in NYC! Both for fun - amazing! They really helped my minutes! Adding in short burst on the other days, I can claim 120 minutes!

My fitbit died last week and I got a new one on Sunday. It is a newer model that I need to get used to but I am liking it so far.

So the con was a huge decrease in activity for me. Not enough walking. Too much standing or sitting. I'll count 45 minutes each day, so 180 for that and 125 minutes with the horses yesterday.

Spending the next couple of days travelling so activity is likely going to be limited, but hopefully going to make up for it when I get on my cruise. Get some steps in walking around the ship and in Norway
