We have had rain 11 of the last 14 days. Big thunderstorms the last couple days, right when we would have gone walking after work. So I'm a bit behind. Looks like we will get better weather this week, fortunately.

Welcome to the second week in June! We’ve already got some great color changes to celebrate. PollyannaMom, sophy1996, and Twilight Sparkle have all hit the big Red milestone! ClappyClaps, ShannyMcB, and I are now all Orange!

All together the team has made it to RED ~ with 16%! (1296/8325)

Speaking of Red – June is the Strawberry Moon and the month when strawberries are in season for a lot of the US. While WDW celebrates strawberries earlier in the year, you can get The Liberty Tree Tavern’s famous strawberry salad dressing all year long. While there are a lot of dupes on the internet, years ago if you asked they would give you the recipe printed on “strawberry” colored paper. It’s become a family favorite for us!

(note: strawberry vinegar is hard to find around here so I make this with balsamic or white vinegar. it tastes just as good!)
