I am a DVC Member, and the free dinning is causing vacation problems for my further trip. I feel that DVC Members should have Dinning perks for which allow us to book early than the 90 days out window.

I would like every DVC Member to email Members Services about the problems that free dinning is causing us, and request the we should get more perks and should be able to book dinning early than 90 days out. Being that we invested so much money into DVC I feel we should get more than the regular Disney Guest.

Please replay to this thread if you email DVC Members Services

No thanks. My 2-3 times a year vacation stays in my DVC resorts and my AP discount are plenty of perks for me. Let the folks who get free dining pay rack rates for their rooms.

No thanks. This isn't a perk I think DVC members should have - all dining guests should be on equal footing. DVC is not able to extend this perk - it would have to be extended through Disney proper.

And frankly, Disney has no incentive to do this - as I said on another thread earlier, if Disney did want to provide any booking advantage, they'd be stupid to not provide it as a selling tool for the dining plan! If someone is waffling on buying the plan, the advantage might sway them, but who is going to be swayed into spending (not investing - DVC is vacation pre-payment, not investment) tens of thousands of dollars over restaurant bookings?

someone is making loud noises for free? Yeah, that would be aggravating on vacation. I'll e-mail member services.

Count me out. I don't think we should be asking for things on the basis that we are better than other Disney customers, and deserve to jump ahead of everyone in line.

Discounts? Sure. Free stuff? Why not. But I don't want things that take away from other guests.

Sorry, we hardly ever eat out and don't value the dining thing. I appreciate the complications the free dining is causing, but it is not my cause. Good luck.

OP, you have exactly the same advantage as people booking the free dining. You just need to call as soon as you are able. I wish they would do away with the 90+10 and just go back to 90 days out, or even 30 days out.

First, we already have this thread posted on Planning. The DIS does not support suggesting write-in, or call in complaint campaigns.. Therefore, this one is closed.
