Everyone, anyone received their dues statement as of 1-5-06?

I would have expected to receive the annual dues statement by today. Has many other members gotten theirs in the mail?

Well, rec'd them today 1-7-06 in Louisville.

We got ours. It was almost 300 for Jan and about 225 the rest of the year. We own at OKW and VB and have 600 points. It went up from 205 to 225 each month with the extra 95 in Jan for under paying property taxes. It was by far the biggest increase we have paid since we joined in 1994. As I remember they can't increase more than 10% per years. I hope that doesn't happen ever and it isn't as much next years.

I got one today for our VB points but didn't get one for SSR add on points. I should get one for each shouldn't I?? I'm Louisiana, BTW.

Ohio here as well, and our came today. I always find it interesting that by the time you get the bill it is due like the next week... I know there is a "grace period", but man I just hope people have the cash on hand to cut the check as soon as the bill came because if not you might miss the due date...

Alright, ours came yesterday, Saturday the 7th. I've looked it over, and wow, it isn't the easiest thing to understand. However, I'm giving it a try, and then will adjust my thinking when the ".7" part of the contract's information comes in.

PS. Well, as far as cutting the check, paying with a credit card is possible and so really you do have a grace period. Our Washington Twnp. Ohio bill comes, and it's due within a month, no room for wiggle there.
