How many of you saw the season premeire of Everybody Loves Raymond last night? What did you think of it? I wonder how the show will change, considering a major part of it involved Frank and Marie. Will they still be in all the episodes?

I am curious to see how it plays out. I was wondering if maybe it turned out that they didn't like "The Community" and move back in with Robert and Amy. Or if they are opening up the door for their own spinoff. I will really miss Frank if he isn't on more this year.

I thought they may be back and not like the community but I never considered a spinoff- that would be great, I hate to see them go.

I'm sure Frank and Marie won't be gone for long and this new story line will open up some new possibilities for some pretty funny shows. They can't get rid of Frank and Marie, they are too essential to the show.

They are too much a key part of the series. I think that they are just trying to stir us up and they will be back next week - some reason they don't stay at the retirement home.

LOoks to me that they will have to move in with one of the kids. If Robert OWNS the house now that means he has no where to go since he must have given up his appartment. I am guessing that they move in with Amy and Robert. Then again, they could be forced to move in with Ray and Debra. Remember how Debra was alluding to the fact that she did not want Marie to go and she wanted them to have a better relationship?

I can't imagine the show without them. I also think that they are just stirring us up, and they will be back.
I really love the show, and am sad that this is the final season:(

loved the scene in the kitchen, too funny. I like the idea of a spin off since this is the final season. It would be funny if they moved back with Robert and Amy. Susan

OMG! The scene in the kitchen with the 4 of them was priceless. That's what makes this show so good! I would love too see Marie & Frank in a spin-off. The "kids" could guest star any time!

This is the only sitcom that I watch, and have for years. I love this show! No one can understand why I think it is so funny. I love Ray Romano! Last night's kitchen scene had me in stitches!

I think that they will switch back and forth from Frank and Marie's community to the old set. It wouldn't surprise me if this new twist is a spin off for a show next season. I willy truly miss Everbody Loves Raymond. :(

I love this show! Last night's show was great! I have no idea how they will handle it, but I have no worries that it will be great!

I was also thinking they might move in with one of the kids.
This is one of the few shows I watch religiously.

I still crack up over the episode where Robert dated a lady that thought she was a frog and ate bugs. LOL.

I'm so sorry I missed it last night. I was babysitting my nieces and they wanted to watch a video. "Raymond" is my favorite show. And you can never make someone who didn't watch understand why you laughed so hard when you watched it!

The frog lady episode was one of my favorites! As you know, the show is set in Long Island, NY. I live there. The frog lady was from Massapequa, and as you can see, I'm from Massapequa! I almost fell off the couch when Robert said where she was from.

Missy - I didn't know that was a real name of a city, LOL. I thought they just made it up.

It was a great show but they will be back they just have to. I noticed that they didn't put in tVGuide what will happen next week so I guess they are keeping it a surprise.

My favorite episodes are the one with the luggage left on the stairs that they both refused to move and the one when Ray goes to church and wants to be an usher. I find it so funny because dH is an usher at church and the things they did were similar to what he does.

I love that one! Some of my other favorites are the one where one of the twins writes the book about the angry family, the canister, the one where ray gives frank the cds of his old records, and of course the italy ones. I also love the one where in the very beginning Debra is choking on an orange and instead of helping her Ray just turns the tv up.

The show is so much like my life, but funny and that's one of the reasons I like it so much. It also has great characters, great plots, and some hilarious lines. I am the biggest fan ever of this show, I'm completely obsessed and and very depressed that it is the last season.:sad1: :sad1: :sad1:

The Thanksgiving show, where Debra has to cook a turkey, and goes to put it in the oven, and it falls on the floor and slides across it, and she just picks it up, and throws it into the oven! :teeth:

Well I guess last night's episode clarifies everything. I was kinda disapointed in what happened though.

I loved last night's episode. I loved Ray's rant about "It's you!"
