everest strategy?

If AK has a EMH on a Friday evening, would it be best to try to ride Everest
the following Saturday morning? We have not been to AK and we're looking for best time for that park. Also, we'll be at Caribbean Beach resort so is it best to just get on the AK bus?

We went during EMH in the evening and we also went before noon, the longest line we saw was 2 hours, but we never waited in it. We got FP and we also waited in the single rider line-my husband and I got to sit together once during those waits. We basically rode the ride about 4 times each time we were at the park. We would get a FP, and then jump into single rider right away. Then come back at FP time, get another FP and ride it. Get off, and jump into single rider. And then later ride with our last FP. During EMH at night, there was NO WAIT for this ride AT ALL! It was crazy! We just kept getting back on it!!!
