Everest status yesterday and today?? (April 3)

I've been watching ride wait times yesterday and today in prep for my upcoming trip and noticed that EE is listed as "temporarily closed" both yesterday and again this morning. Anyone heard what is going on with that? Just curious.

I just looked again, it is open with a wait time of 125 min! The weather did not seem to indicate rain, atleast not today. I was just curious.

I have a friend there today, it was not raining for certain.
It's not at all unusual for the coasters to be down at park open, for whatever reason. If you ever look over the Wait Time charts the various bloggers do you'll notice the trend isn't so strange.
It is no surprise they are extra cautious with the checks each day but it is interesting that it takes longer to get them finished so many mornings.

It was raining last night, it's sunny right now.

It was closed this morning. 8am Park opening. Perfect weather. Some sure said a potential 9:15 open but it still showed up closed all the way up until we went into FotLK at 10. But when I left the park around 10:45am, it was open with a very long wait. No idea why. I never went over there since it said closed on the app.
