Actually DVC had us redo our contract to include the price info. Frankly, I don't think they'd have a legal leg to stand on to try to enforce the issue but in our situation it was easy to make everyone happy so no reason to fuss with them. I also suspect forcing a specific closing company might tie their hands somewhat, especially if it's one they don't want to work with.
