Review ever used "vacation rentals" before?

My cousin is searching some rental companies in Orlando for a trip next Thanksgiving. She has had some communication that she thought was a little suspect from a Condo owner. She is afraid that it might be a scam because they are so flexible to get her to rent at a peak time for Disney. Has anyone rented from Vacation Rentals? I told her I would post here just to see if anyone has rented with them before. I have copied a link to the website below. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
