Does anyone have experience shipping a package back home, specifically cooking supplies and other misc items. Who have you used and are there locations relatively close to BWV? Can the resort assist? However, we sent a free poster back home thru the BWV business center once and with the price of shipping I feel we could have purchased about 100 points. We regularly ship packages back from the WDW stores, but it would nice not to haul cooking supplies, swim stuff etc back home with more room in the suitcase for souveniers!

Hi:
I have been shipping my cooking supplies, etc. for several years. I ship through UPS ground and it usually takes about 7 days to arrive. I make a return shipping label at the same time, take it with us and just send everything back home together with additional things I want to ship. There is extra room in the box for the return trip because of the items we use, i.e., groceries and we make sure we get a box a little larger than we need. When we are ready to leave we pack the box, put the new label over the old and take it to the front desk and they send it out with their UPS stuff. I make sure to pack some clear packing tape for items as well as to secure the new label. Hope this helps. If you chose to ship just from the resort home, there is a great UPS store or it may be called Mailboxes behind the outlet mall on Vineland. You just stay on the road that goes by Dixie Stampede and it's in the strip mall with the Publix store.

Yes!

We actually shipped a 18x18x18 30lb box from NH to BCV $22 and change.

I included in the box some packing tape & a return label. We just re-packed and dropped the box off at the UPS store in Celebration on our way to the airport.

Very very easy if you have a UPS account online. Printing the labels & looking at in transit dates was great!

DH and I just went to WDW with only carry-on luggage and it was GREAT! Straight to the car and off we went. Actually the In-laws brought our 2 suitcases with them in their car. Anyway, we've been toying with the idea of shipping our clothes down and then home again so we wouldn't have to mess with it at the airport. Should we risk it? I'd hate to arrive only to find our clothes were missing!
