I think a lot of it can be attributed to two things:

1) Reasonable people disagree about what's good/true/right.

or

2) Some people don't care about anyone other than themselves.

Every Day.... The tv programme X factor made me realise how many wierdos there are out there.

My DH like to watch the news. I don't. I just sit there the entire time, thinking "WHAT is wrong with people."

Every day after work.

I work retail. We have trash cans all over, but no one can bother to put the trash in them. People yelling at or smacking their kids. People sending their children to play on the escalators, and it is NOT an urban legand that you can get hurt on them. Torn feet, smushed fingers, yep it happens. And what do some people do in the bathrooms? Do we need to post signs telling people how to use a toilet? And lets not forget the lovely customers who cuss and swear at the employees. We have had cashiers in tears from some of our lovely shoppers. Does it make some people feel good, to make someone else cry?
