How you choose to do that is up to you but don’t be snowed by all these “miracle” plans. The only thing they’ll make lighter is your wallet.

There is a company here in Australia that is selling it. Basically I think it’s meant to tell you why you gain weight and ways to help you lose it (e.g. ‘you should eat 6 small meals a day’ or ‘you should eat more protein’). However, I don’t think it really spells out exactly what you should eat, e.g. recipe suggestions. My mum had a customer who was doing it and while she was getting some results, they weren’t outstanding.
Back in the day that’s how i used to stay so thin. And it worked! Would probably not look so good on me now at my age. Although I would probably be thinner!
