Ever had trouble making online payments?

Hello everyone! We booked our May 2008 trip two weeks ago and had no problem paying the $200 online deposit. Well, I tried to make another $200 payment on our trip Friday and while I got the "thank you for your payment" lingo, it never showed up online and never came out of our bank account (I used our debit card). Thinking that maybe I hadn't done something right, I made another $20 payment.. same thing. Never showed up on our ressies and never came out of the bank account.

Anyone ever had this same problem? I booked the trip online so that I could have the convenience of making payments here and there online.

I didn't even realize that they accepted online payments. That's a handy feature and sure beats waiting on hold on the phone to make a payment.

I would call them and ask if they have a record of the payment. Sometimes it takes a while for the payment to come out of your account while it is reaflected on their end.
