Ever had the (lunch) French menu at Chefs?

Been there for dinner but haven't had a chance to have lunch - the French menu looks DELICIOUS and pleasantly affordable so we're trying to get a reservation for next month.

Is it tasty? I get queasy at fatty ham - is it a good quality ham on the sandwich or will I be grossed out?

The meal is fat free, right?

I have had the French menu for lunch several times, and it is very good - and quite filling. By the end of the meal I found myself just eating the ham and cheese and leaving the bread behind so I would have room for the creme brulee!

I have had the French menu several times. I love the onion soup. It is quite filling with the Gruyere cheese. The creme brulee is outstanding! The croque monsieur, aka, grilled cheese and tomato is OK, but a little dry for my taste. I, too, leave some of the thick grilled bread.

It is DELICIOUS!!!!! We've eaten at Chefs twice (once for lunch once for dinner LOVED both! It's now our favorite restaurant in WDW). I wasn't eating beef or pork at the time we went on our last trip (I'm now a vegetarian). I ordered my sandwich without ham and it was really good. The soup was fantastic and the dessert was to die for! We had a party of four so we also split the tomato and goat cheese tart and that was amazing!

We love Chefs. My DH always gets the french menu and raves over it every time. Of course he looooves ham and would eat it every day if I let him. I am not a big fan of onion soup or ham so I always get the macaroni and cheese. It is my favorite.

It is quite yummy! Found it was more than enough to share with someone though. Never occured to me to leave some bread behind. I dont care all the much for creame brulee, but it was good. Although I like the French Menu for lunch, I prefer the quiche.
