Ever, Ever After: The TR Formerly Known as Wishing You Were Here- May 2011

Great pictures! I have to experiment with mine soon, I have no idea how to use it! And I definitely don't want to be learning during our trip!

The boys are so cute, I love Landon's hair all long and shaggy like that! :thumbsup2

I think the boys got even cuter! They definately look older, even though your trip was just a few months ago!

Oh, and I love the pirate mickey shirt, I think I am going to go to target tomorrow and get one for Everett. You have officially started a fashion trend! :goodvibes

OMG! The boys look so much older than they did on y'alls trip! Isn't crazy how much they can change in a short amount of time? But, they are cute as ever. Even if Landon is wearing a Michigan shirt in one of the pictures.

I love, love, love the Mickey Halloween shirts! I think Reid & I will have a Target outing tomorrow to see if they have them here.

The princess nail polishes are cool, too! I don't get bothered about Mulan & Pocahontas being included in the princess stuff, even though they're not really princesses. BUT, I do have a problem with Tiger Lily being left out when she is referred to as "Princess Tiger Lily" all throughout Peter Pan! Okay, thank you for letting me get that off of my chest. :)

The boys have grown so much!!! They are so cute!!! :goodvibes

The camera seems to take really nice photos! Those Halloween shirts are really fun!!! I saw the nail polish the other day at the Disney store... definitely a good choice!!! :thumbsup2

Sorry that Carter didn't want to eat; although I can't blame him...I don't like Corn Nuggets and don't like Casey's. :lmao::lmao:

I hate getting stuck in crowds like that...very scary, especially with little ones.

Love the People Mover -- such a relaxing ride. Landon looked so upset that he could not "dance" on PM.

I absolutely LOVE the Disney Halloween t-shirts you got the boys...just too stinkin' cute.

And look how they've grown! :goodvibes

I love the Princess nail polish! And I can't blame you for putting them in favorite to least-favorite order. I'd have done the same thing! :rotfl:
From the pictures of Carter and Landon, it looks like your camera will be just fine on your October trip. :thumbsup2

Is anyone else bothered by the fact that Pocahontas and Mulan are not actually princesses?
::yes::

I like the shirts. I think no matter when you use them they'll work for Disney and I'm sure you'll get some other uses out of them too.

Congrats on the nail polish find. I don't really know what else to say about that, but DW is a big Tiana fan too.:thumbsup2

The boys look like they're really growing up. I guess that's both good and bad, but the pictures don't lie.:rotfl2: I think your new camera looks like it will serve you well.

Even if Landon is wearing a Michigan shirt in one of the pictures.
:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

In his defense, I hope they beat Notre Dame tomorrow night.:thumbsup2

Carter and Landon are so stinkin' cute! Those shirts and nail polishes are cute too, but nothing compared to the boys. I think that camera will do great in Disney.

I LOVE the boys Halloween shirts, those are too cute!! I would have bought the disney princesses nail polish too, that is awesome!! I love you you rearranged them according to your favorites :goodvibes We have Mulan on our list of movies to watch, I have never seen that one before...I always forget about Pocahontas :confused3 I loved that one when I was little, but DBF hates it :rotfl:

Your new camera is doing great!!

:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

In his defense, I hope they beat Notre Dame tomorrow night.:thumbsup2

I have to agree! Even though our team (LSU) never plays Michigan, we just don't root for them. Especially since they tried to steal our coach after last season! But, we dislike Notre Dame even more. So, for one day only, we'll cheer for Michigan!

Next time I'll just stay where I am. It can't happen like that if I don't switch lines. :rotfl: I think I'll avoid Casey's during parade and fireworks time, too.

That parade had made the worst mess down our path. There were some people going one way and some people going the other way and some people who wanted to get off to the side and stand there to watch Wishes. And there were way too many people, no matter where they were going. Thanks! I thought Carter looked cute. He was so pleased with himself, sitting like everyone else, except for Landon, who's still a baby.

I can't wait to see the Boo to You parade! I've got the soundtrack for my iPod for the drive down. We're planning on watching Hallowishes from a last minute location so the boys don't spend all of their patience waiting for fireworks. Then, we'll hopefully get front side seats in Frontierland for the parade. I'm planning on doing some trick or treating first, and letting the boys eat candy during the whole parade, if necessary. Can't wait to see that Headless Horseman!

not only the time packing things in the morning, but also the time that we are still in the room and the boys need drink refills or we have to break up toy fights. It takes forever sometimes.

pieced a couple quotes together...
that is what we did for hallowishes- because they can be seen from almost anywhere, we positioned ourselves at the dance party that was at Ariel's Grotto when we last went. not a perfect view, but saved the fussy waiting period. we went to the second boo to you and i left saying i wish we had been to both!

i waste way way way too much time stopping what i am doing to referree or get something. they just can't grasp that i can get done what i need to get done quicker and be back focusing on them if they will just wait their turn... James has started telling me to "be patient" every time i tell him to do anything now.

sorry, i didn't see your first message until after the second. i was waiting for a notification for your message in my email- forgot dis doesn't do that. glad Jeremy got pics. his are better than my camera phone pics anyway!

I made it to Target this week! I got the last Pirate Mickey shirt left in Colby's size!:cool1: They are super cute and I am excited for Colby to wear his, even if it won't be in Disney like your boys.

The pictures with your new camera look great! I would love a new camera for Christmas (I have been dropping some not so subtle hints...we will see how well DH picks up on them!!)

I LOVE the princess nail polish! 10 colors? One for each nail!!!

Reid & I went to our Target today but they didn't have any of those cute Mickey Halloween shirts. :sad1: I even tried to pull it up online but couldn't find them on their website either. I will now have to stalk our Target to see if they get any in! :lmao:

I just wanted to let everyone know that Old Navy has Halloween Mickey/Minnie shirts in the girls department. Not sure about the boys dept. tho. :goodvibes

I am so jealous that you bought that nail polish! I have been wanting to buy it since I saw it online but I don't want to pay the shipping for just one thing. I am waiting until they have a free shipping promotion. I'm sure that since I need one they won't have it.

The boys are so much bigger and so much cuter since your last trip. I love their hair.

Love the pirate Mickey shirts.:thumbsup2

Cute pictures of the boys!

I love the new princess line at the Disney Store. I want the nail polish, the sticky notes and all the shirts!

Thanks!

I love all the new princess stuff, too, but so far, I'm keeping it to just the nail polish. We'll see how long that lasts.:rotfl:

They are so stinkin' cute!:lovestruc

(Obviously I mean the boys and not the shirts or nail polishes, though those are also adorable.)

THREE WEEKS! You're almost there!

Thank you! I'm sure the shirts and the polish both fade considerably next to the cuteness of the boys.

It's coming up so fast! I'm actually starting to get everything together for this trip.

I think your camera is going to do the trick just fine! Of course, you have some pretty good subject matter there! ;)

I think our new camera seems to be better than our old one. I can't wait to try it out at Disney. And of course, Carter and Landon are the best subject matter we could ask for. :goodvibes

Great pictures! I have to experiment with mine soon, I have no idea how to use it! And I definitely don't want to be learning during our trip!

The boys are so cute, I love Landon's hair all long and shaggy like that! :thumbsup2

I agree, during the trip is not the best time to learn to use the camera. I'm hoping we get lots of great shots this time. And I'm hoping I remember to charge the battery every night.

Thanks! I love Landon's hair, too. It won't last for much longer, though. He's got an appointment at the Harmony Barber Shop coming up.

I think the boys got even cuter! They definately look older, even though your trip was just a few months ago!

Oh, and I love the pirate mickey shirt, I think I am going to go to target tomorrow and get one for Everett. You have officially started a fashion trend! :goodvibes

Thanks! It really hasn't been too long since our last trip. I didn't realize how much older they look now. I guess since I see them every day, I don't notice it. Maybe I'll have to reverse my opinion on them growing up slow.:rotfl:

All the little DIS boys will be wearing Pirate Mickey shirts this season. I was so excited when I saw those shirts. They're so Disney.

It is crazy how fast they can change. I think Carter's really starting to turn into a full fledged kid and not a bit of a baby. That's okay, kid looks good on him. And Landon's looking more grown up, too. Landon can already say Go Blue! :rotfl:

Target has some cute stuff, sometimes. I get a lot of the boys' clothes there, but I think Pirate Mickey one of my best finds.

I'd much rather have Tiger Lily included with the princesses than Pocahontas and Mulan. She should count as a real princess. I'm guessing they think she's too minor of a character, maybe. There's also an actual princess in the Black Cauldron, but she's never included either. Perhaps the Black Cauldron is the least popular Disney movie ever.

The boys looks so much older! Love the pic of Landon looking up at the camera. He has such gorgeous eyes. The shirts are super cute, too! Your pics look great and I can't wait to see what you take on your trip. :thumbsup2

Thanks!

I love all the new princess stuff, too, but so far, I'm keeping it to just the nail polish. We'll see how long that lasts.:rotfl:

Oops, I meant nail polish. That's what I get for posting at work. It's so hard to edit post on a cell phones tiny screen.

I would love to buy the whole line though. I guess they realized that adult women wanted to spend money on princess stuff too.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Old Navy has Halloween Mickey/Minnie shirts in the girls department. Not sure about the boys dept. tho. :goodvibes

Thanks for the info! I will have to go check them out & see what they have for boys! :thumbsup2
